摘要:PURPOSE:To integrate unit cells through a dry process with excellent productivity, and to manufacture the title solar cell be connecting the unit cells through laser welding by connecting sections partitioned by cell division grooves and electrode division grooves. CONSTITUTION:A first electrode layer 2 and an amorphous semiconductor layer 3 are deposited on a substrate 1, and pattern resin layers 4a, 4b are formed onto the amorphous semiconductor layer 3 by using a screen printing method, etc. A second electrode layer 5 deposited on the whole surface of the substrate, and the upper sections of the resin layers 4a, 4b are scanned by predetermined laser beams to bore division grooves 6, 7. The cell division groove 6 and the electrode division grooves 7 are filled with a resin to shape closed resin layers 8. Collection electrodes 9 and connecting electrode layers 10 are shaped so that second electrode layers 5 in adjacent unit cells and connecting sections A are connected while crossing the division grooves 6, ohmic junctions are formed among the first electrode layer 2 and the connecting electrode layers 10 through laser welding through which laminates in the connecting sections A are irradiated by laser beams and melted and mixed once and solidified by natural cooling, etc., and first electrodes and second electrodes for adjacent unit cells are connected electrically.
