摘要：PURPOSE:To quicken rising up of output pulse of a light detector by providing a light source that irradiates regenerated light to a substrate provided with a hologram and holograms placed on both sides of the substrate, and a photodetector that detects diffracted light from the holograms. CONSTITUTION:The substrate is an opaque disk and many holograms 21-2n are arranged concentrically on it at a fixed interval. A light source 3 and a light detector 4 are placed on both sides of the substrate 1. When regenerated light from a light source 1 is projected on holograms 21-2n by rotation of the disk 1, the light is diffracted and diffracted light is irradiated on the photodetector 4. When the direction of incidence and wavelength are determined, holograms 21-2n can set the direction of incidence and direction of diffraction of light to fit to optionally placed position of the light source 3 and the photodetector 4 and can change an area A which can be used for other uses. Thus, the degree of freedom of designing can be increased.
