摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high-purity Ta2O5 in the excellent yield by extracting Ta contained in an aq. acidic soln. contg. a fluorocomplex of Ta into a specified organic soln. and thereafter bringing it into contact with an inorganic acid and/or an aq. soln. of ammonium salt to extract the impurities. CONSTITUTION:An aq. acidic soln. contg. a fluorocomplex of Ta wherein Ta (comp.) contg. the impurities is dissolved in hydrofluoric acid is mixed with an organic soln. consisting of both a hard-water soluble quaternary ammonium slat of a formula [R1-4 is alkyl or aralkyl, X is halogen, hydroyl group, nitric group and sulfuric group, (n) is 1-2] and a hard-water soluble organic solvent (e.g. hexane) to extract Ta into the organic soln. Then this organic soln. is brought into contact with an aq. soln. contg. 0.5-8.0mol/l inorganic acid (e.g. hydrochloric acid) and/or ammonium salt (e.g. NH4Cl) in 1:(1-10) flow rate ratio and the impurities which are accompanied to Ta and extracted in the organic soln. are removed.</p>
