摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain the sliding material having superior thermal conductivity and hardness by incorporating specific percentage of Mn, Si, Pb, and the elements of groups IVa and VIa in the periodic table to copper. CONSTITUTION:The alloy mainly composed of copper contains 1-8% Mn, 0.1-4% Si, 0.5-15% Pb, and, as required, <5% (except 0) Sn, and further contains <=1%, in total, of 1 or >=24 kinds among the elements of groups IVa and VIa (Cr, Ti, Zr, etc.) in the periodic table. Thus prepared alloy is suitable for use as shoe material for a swash plate type compressor for a high efficiency car cooler.
