摘要：PURPOSE:To facilitate the start and to alleviate the influence of a circuit to other device by connecting starting capacitors through switches with three capacitor elements coupled in delta-connection. CONSTITUTION:Switches S1-S3 are set to ON state at motor starting time to connect starting capacitor elements 5 in parallel with capacitor elements 4 coupled in a delta-connection. After starting, switches S1-S3 are opened to connect the capacitors 5 in series with capacitors 4 coupled in a delta- connection. Thus, the large current of low power factor at starting time is suppressed and the power factor at normal operation time can be held at high efficiency.
