摘要：The invention proposes a suturing device designed in the form of two clamping jaws, namely a lower one (1) and an upper one (2), and provided with a mechanism for bringing the clamping jaws together and fixing them in terms of their position, the upper clamping jaw (2) being designed so as to be detachable and being provided at least with one longitudinal row of longitudinal clip grooves (3) with clip rammers (4) housed therein for reception and pushing-out of the metal clips (5), and with an advance mechanism (7) for the consecutive adjustment of these clip rammers (4) in the longitudinal clip grooves (3). A cutting device having a continuous longitudinal groove on the clamping surface is used for severing of the biological tissue along the line of the clip suture, the cutting device being fitted with a guide laid over this continuous longitudinal groove and a laser cutting head. The lower clamping jaw (1) has milled sections (17) for bending-back of the clips (5) whose number and distribution correspond to those of the longitudinal clip grooves (3) with the clip rammers (4) in the upper clamping jaw (2), and is provided with an openable compression frame (19) for fixation of the biological tissue on this clamping jaw. <IMAGE>
