摘要：PURPOSE:To enable an internal-combustion engine for construction machinery or the like to be always properly controlled moving against an increase of load, by increasing the preset value of a speed in accordance with a calculated load rate and controlling a supply quantity of fuel. CONSTITUTION:While an engine 1 is in operation, a control part 20 first calculates a load rate from a difference between an actual speed obtained in a speed sensor 7 and a preset speed obtained in an accelerator sensor 8. Next the control part 20, comparing the calculated load rate with a permissible value red from a read only memory (ROM)25, prescribes an increase of the preset speed value when the load rate exceeds the permissible value. And the control part 20, determining a target supply quantity of fuel corresponding to the preset value adding this increase, controls an actuator 3 so as to obtain the target supply quantity of fuel. In this way, a supply quantity of fuel is controlled by sliding a fuel rack (not shown in the drawing) of a fuel injection pump 2 to be displaced through a regulating lever 10.
