摘要：PURPOSE:To enable the feeding of a probe to all heat conducting pipes even if the inner diameter of a flange is smaller than the piping width of the heat conducting pipes by feeding to the heat conducting pipe a flaw detecting probe through a guide pipe having more than two varied rotary shafts from the upper part of the flange of a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:An arm 12 hung down from the upper part of a heat exchanger and a medium member 27 is fitted. A rotary shaft 13 which is different from the rotary shaft of the arm 12 is provided to the medium member 27 thereof and a rotary plate 14 is fitted to the rotary shaft 13. A guide pipe 28 is fitted to the rotary plate 14 thereof and a packing 26 is provided at the tip thereof. The arm 12 is then moved in one direction with a driving device 10b provided on a flange 5, further the packing 26 which is at the tip of the guide pipe 28 is brought into contact with a heat conducting pipe 23 by rotating the arm 12 and rotary plate 14. The flaw detecting probe is then fed to the heat conducting pipe 23 through the guide pipe 28 and the flaw of the heat conducting pipe 23 is detected. Since a probe is fed with a guide pipe having more than two different rotary shafts, the flaw detection can be performed by reaching a probe to all heat conducting pipes even if the inner diameter D2 is smaller than the piping width of heat conducting pipes.
