摘要：PURPOSE:To perform the temperature compensation of a VCO and adjust voltage control sensitivity by setting the values of two resistances which connect the emitters of two transistors (TR), impressed with a control voltage at bases, to specific value. CONSTITUTION:When the control voltage is impressed to the base of a TR1 of the voltage control circuit 1b of the voltage controlled oscillator VCO1 and not impressed to the base of a TR5, the same voltage as the base voltage of the TR1 is impressed. The connection point of the resistances R8 and R9 connected to the emitters of the TR1 and TR5 is connected to the collector of a TR2 and the base of a TR3, and a resistance R4 is connected to the emitter of the TR2. A current I1 is supplied to a TR3 from the voltage controlled oscillator 1a. Now, the resistance values of R8, R9, and R4 are so set that R8.R9/{(R8+R9). R4}=3, and then the current I1 has no temperature characteristics and the voltage control sensitivity of the VCO1 is adjustable with the values of the R8 and R9.
