摘要:FIELD: mechanics; technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of a solution concentration in multicase evaporating installation consists in transmission of a concentrated solution through the evaporating devices warmed with fresh and secondary steam, and an initial solution give to the first or last on a course of steam the evaporating device, and the concentrated solution assign, accordingly, from last or first evaporating device. The new thing in the method is that the initial solution arriving on concentration, is disjoint on two streams and the second stream, accordingly, to the second or penultimate on steam course evaporating devices, and from evaporating devices to which the initial solution is given, disjointed streams of a concentrated solution direct to other devices, bypassing every second solution on a course of the evaporating device, and a stream of the concentrated solution output in addition from penultimate or from steam of evaporating devices second for a course. Multicase evaporating installation consists of the pipeline of fresh steam, from the evaporating devices containing branch pipes for a supply and an output of the concentrated solution, heating chambers and separators. The new thing in the installation is that the pipeline of an initial solution is connected in addition to a branch pipe of supply of a solution in the second or penultimate on steam course evaporating devices, the pipeline of the concentrated solution is connected in addition, accordingly, to a branch pipe of an output of a solution from steam of evaporating devices penultimate or second for a course, and each of evaporating devices to whom the pipeline of an initial solution is connected, is connected to other evaporating devices pipelines of an overflow of the solution, passing bypassing every second solution on a course of the evaporating device. ^ EFFECT: reduction of expenditure of fresh steam, reduction of dimensions of evaporating devices and expenditures for evaporation process. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg
