摘要：PURPOSE:To confirm an abnormal speed, to stop a machine urgently, and to protect an operator from danger regarding a speed such a as a runaway by providing the control shaft of the numerial control (NC) device with a speed detector, and comparing a detected speed signal with a set value. CONSTITUTION:The servomotor M of a speed detection part receives a movement commond signal from a distribution part 43 at the terminal of a shaft control part through an amplifier 45, and its movement extent is detected by a position detector E and fed back to the distribution part 43. The detected value of the speed detector T provided to the motor M is inputted to a main control part 1 through a signal converting part 47. The main control part compares a speed detection signal SAD obtained from a but with a set value Smax and judges abnormality when the detected speed is larger to set a flag. The set value is determined according to kinds of a manual mode, origin return mode, automatic mode, etc. The flag is checked by an operation state control part and the machne is stopped urgently.
