摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the disappearance of an operation program at the time of power failure, by forming the memory element of a memory part from non-volatile RAM. CONSTITUTION:The memory element of a memory part 31 is formed of non-volatile RAM wherein writing is arbitrarily performed when a power source is supplied as well as alteration and elimination are possible and memory content is not lost even if the supply of the power source is cut off. By this mechanism, because an operation program is stored in the memory part 31 using the non- volatile RAM when power supply due to a back-up power source 9 is lost by long-term power failure, there is no trouble for again performing the setting of the operation program only by correcting time at the point of time when the power source is again restored.
