摘要:PURPOSE:To return a machine automatically to its original point independently of the position of the machine by arranging two original point returning dogs so as to be shifted each other at their positions and dividing an area related to the return to the original point into plural areas in accordance with the original point returning conditions of the dogs. CONSTITUTION:When the two original point returning dogs A, B are arranged so as to be shifted each other at their positions and a grid signal is outputted from a motor for every rotation, any one of the dogs A, B becomes the original point inherent to the machine. The area is divided into five areas consisting of a right quick traversing area, a right intermediate speed area, an original point area, a left intermediate speed area, and a left quick traversing area from the relation of the grid signal and the dogs A, B. When an original point return command is generated from the machine side, the area of an original point return starting position S is decided. If the start position S is located on the right intermediate speed area, the machine is advanced in the left side from the original point at once, returned to a prescribed position in the right quick traversing area at a quick tsransparent speed FH in the sequence corresponding to the decided area and then returned to the original point from the position in the determined sequence. If the original point returning dogs are not operated normally, an alarm is outputted.
