摘要：PURPOSE:To offer resistance to noise and to improve the communication efficiency of the whole system of a network by detecting whether an external signal meets the requirements of specific time, specific number, etc., or not, and judging whether transmission is possible or not on the basis of the detected result. CONSTITUTION:A modulated signal on a local area network transmission line (a) is demodulated by a demodulating circuit (b), whose output 1 is inputted to a shift register (c). The register (c) shifts the data input 1 up to the most significant digit bit by a clock signal from a processor (e), then varies an output 2. This variation is detected by one-shot multivibrator circuit (d), which generates and inputs a pulse 3 to the processor (e). The processor (e) recognizes the presence of the signal on the transmission line (a) from the pulse 3 and the circuit (d) does not sense noise which are below the number of stages of the register (c) among discretely generated noise, so that the possibility of erroneous recognition due to noise is reduced.
