摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain a fuel-cell controlling device in which variation in pressure difference can be regulated even when the flow rate of air and fuel are varied. CONSTITUTION:Control signals for pressure-difference regulating valves 19 and 18 used for regulating the pressure differences between an air electrode 1 and a battery box 4 and between a fuel electrode 3 and the battery box 4, are controlled by operating flow-rate controlling valves 9 and 11 by means of flow rate sensors 8 and 10. In addition, appropriate control signals are obtained by feeding the detection values of the flow rate sensors 8 and 10 and pressure difference sensors 16 and 17 to the inputs of computing elements 20 and 21. Therefore, the pressure differences are properly regulated immediately after these control signal values are fed to the inputs of the pressure-difference regulating valves 19 and 18. In this device, owing to such constitution and functions as above, variation in pressure difference is small compared to variation in flow rate. Consequently, any deterioration of or damage to the fuell cell can be prevented, and a fuel-cell controlling device with high load responsibility can be provided.
