摘要：PURPOSE:To make various changes of designing easier, by heating a perforated forming base material while adjusting so that perforations are not blocked in the next process of pressure forming, by setting a surfacing material to the forming base material softened by the heating, and by performing the pressure forming on the materials to cut simultaneously edges. CONSTITUTION:A flat board material 11 made of blended polypropylene resin with wood powder is provided with many perforations 12, set to a heating rod 13, covered its perforated part 12 with a masking material 14 and heated to be softened. The masking material 14 makes the state of heating and softening of perforated part 12 agree with that of not-perforated part so that the deformation and blocking of the perforation 12 are prevented in the next pressure forming process. The heated and softened forming base material A is set to a bottom die 16 and surfacing material B such as cloth and nickel material on it. A cold press is operated to perform simultaneously the pressure forming and edge cutting of the base material A and surfacing material B between a top die 17 and the bottom die 16. As a result, a speaker garnish C having an optional shape is formed after cooling.
