摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To generate outputs corresponding to the position and the force of depression in accordance with the depression of a pen, by providing the first electrode sheet as an input pad and the second electrode sheet orthogonal to the first electrode sheet and connecting them to resistors having uniform resistances respectively. CONSTITUTION:In an input pad 1, the first and the second electrode sheets 3 and 4 are provided with a pressure sensitive conductive rubber 5 between them under a protecting sheet 2; and when a point on the protecting sheet 2 is depressed with a pen or the like, the rubber sheet 5 is conductive electrically, and resistance values in both ends of uniform resistors attached to both ends A, B, C and D of electrode sheets 3 and 4 are changed. A current I from a constant current source 60 passes through points A, P and C to form a loop, and voltages proportional to (y) coordinates and (x) coordinates of the depression point are generated in outputs of differential amplifiers A1 and A2, and simultaneously, a voltage is generated in a resistance RZ, and the output is generated in a terminal 63. Switches S1-S3 are switched properly to obtain outputs corresponding to (x) and (y) coordinates of the input point and widths DELTAx and DELTAy of the depressed pen tip in terminal 61 and 62.</p>
