摘要：The invention relates to a safety and securing device for weapons, especially pistols, which device is equipped with a foldable grip frame which can pivot about a pin which is inserted into the weapon frame at the point which rests on the magazine. The grip frame is provided with a claw whose surface forms a part of the guide for the magazine. When the grip (butt) frame is folded out, this claw engages in the space of the magazine, as a result of which it makes it impossible to push the magazine into the weapon hand grip. It is not possible to dismantle the weapon until the magazine is removed from the weapon hand grip or is at least partially pulled out. This avoids the risk of inadvertently loading the round into the firing chamber while the weapon is being assembled and negligently firing a shot (avoids the risk of negligent discharge).
