摘要:For burners which work with a fuel/air mixture, there are already fan jet versions which are to be operated with high pressure of liquid fuels and give a correspondingly expanded flame formation. For fuels with lower fuel pressure, in particular for gaseous fuels, the flame position at the outlet opening in such burners is not stable in so far as it can flash back into the mixing chamber. This leads to heating of the mixing chamber, which usually consists of steel, as a result of which it can be destroyed. The invention envisages an improved burner of this type, in which it is guaranteed that the flame is kept constantly at the outlet opening of the mixing chamber and also burns there uniformly and with a shorter length. This is achieved by a round bar close to the outlet opening inside the mixing chamber and in its middle, as a result of which the flow is constricted in each case between an inner wall of the mixing chamber and the adjacent section of the round bar and then widens again. A flow rate is thus reliably achieved, which first becomes greater than the ignition rate and then smaller again. At the same time, this arrangement serves to improve the distribution of the mixture to be supplied over the entire length of the outlet opening.
