摘要：PURPOSE:To roll and form easily a rimmed wheel having a prescribed shape by grasping the central part of a discoid blank material by means of revolving spindles and actuating an outside diameter-forming roll and rim-forming roll pairs which face the spindles and can attach and detach to and from the spindles so as to roll the blank material cooperatively with the grasping with pressure of web-forming roll pairs. CONSTITUTION:The central part of the disk-shaped blank material 1 is grasped by the upper and lower revolving spindles 2, 3. The outside diameter-rolling and- forming roll 6 and rim-forming roll pairs 7, 8 facing the spindles 2, 3 are actuated respectively by a cylinder 16, a mechanism for grasping with pressure the rolls 7, 8 and a device 28 for moving said roll pairs to roll and form the rim part; at the same time the material 1 is made into the pescribed shape and size by the grasping with pressure and final moving and rolling of the web-forming roll pairs 4, 5. The rimmed wheel is formed by one stage. The production is thus simple and inexpensive. Centering rolls 10, 11 and guide rolls 12, 13 are provided to the roll 6 and the roll pairs 7, 8 to maintain the position and shape of the material 1. The wheel provided with an annular rim is produced simply by using the spindles with the rolls for the inside diameter.
