摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain an electrically stable enzyme electrode, by putting an insulating porous film between the enzyme electrode and an obstructive substance removing electrode. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive thin film 11 is formed on both sides of a polycarbonate porous film 9 having 3mum pore diameter and 10mum thickness by sputtering platinum. Next, fixation of glucose oxidase enzyme 12 to this film 11 is carried out by glutar aldehyde. On one hand, an electrically conductive thin film 15 is provided on the one face of a polycarbonate porous film having 1mum pore diameter and 10mum thickness by sputtering platinum. An enzyme electrode is obtained by laminating the face of the porous film not having a platinum layer on the film 9. The measurement is performed electrically stably by this enzyme electrode regardless of forming condition of the electrically conductive thin film.
