摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture an efficient and inexpensive heat collector efficiently, by enabling molding of a light permeable body, a heat collecting plate and a heat insulating layers in an integral body through plastic materials. CONSTITUTION:Two units of extruding machines 1 and 2 are connected with a two layers metallic pattern 3, then a pipe 10 is formed by making use of transparent plastic materials, such as good light permeable polycarbonate to the extrusion machine 1 and a heat collecting plate 11 which divides an internal space of the pipe 10 into two spaces by a cross section is formed by making use of the plastic materials to which a black pigment, such as carbonblack having good thermal absorptivity is added to the extrusion machine 2. A heat insulating layer 12 is formed by forming a foaming agent poured in one of the two internal spaces of the pipe 10 divided into two by the heat collecting plate 11. Production efficiency is improved and manufacture of an inexpensive heat collector is made possible, because the whole process can be performed on one consistent production line.</p>
