摘要：A cost-effective bottle-cleaning process using the apparatus suitable for carrying it out is described. It is distinguished in that the lye-treatment part is divided into different temperature and concentration zones. The actual bottle-cleaning process is carried out in a central lye bath at high treatment temperatures. In this bath or this hot lye zone, additional treatment baths are arranged upstream and downstream and permit extensive recuperative heating of the machine and expedient lye recycling. This results in a substantial reduction in heat consumption while at the same time minimising the fresh-water requirement.
