摘要：PURPOSE:To make it possible to capture even momentary abnormal signals and to detect the abnormal state of the equipment in an early stage, by converting a clipping signal of a frequency signal corresponding to the abnormality into an alarm signal having a preset time length. CONSTITUTION:When the mechanical vibration output detected by a sensor 1 and a vibration amplifier 2 is judged to be abnormal vibration by HPF3a1 and LPF3a2 in a signal processing device 3, frequency signals are outputted from the device 3. The judgement is based on whether the number of said vibrations is located in the normal vibrating frequency region or not. Said outputs are clipped at a preset level in clippers 5b1 and 5b2 in an alarm device 5. The waveforms of the part of the sinals which exceed a specified level is shaped in trigger circuits 5c1 and 5c2, and the trigger signals are applied to driving circuits 5d1 and 5d2. In this way, said circuits 5d1 and 5d2 generate the alarm signals whose time length is set so as to drive the alarm circuit. The abnormal vibrations which occur intermittently and momentarily can be captured without fail and the fault of the equipment can be detected in the early stage.
