摘要：PURPOSE:To detect oscillation correctly even if there is a flaw, etc., by detecting the oscillations by vibrations. CONSTITUTION:Oscillations detected by a pickup 4 are discriminated by a comparator 9c. The comparator 9c compares the preset pattern of a setter 9a with the current pattern of occurring oscillations and supplies a signal, showing the difference, to a discriminator 12. Consequently, even if the gap between the pickup 4 and a body 1 of revolution varies owing to a flaw, the oscillation pattern never changes as far as there is no oscillation, and the comparator 9c discriminates a nooscillation state. The output of the comparator shows the difference from the pattern in manufacture, so this value is monitored to know a secular change. The output of the comparator 9c is used to give an alarm when it is greater than some value. The detection output of the oscillations of a case 2 from a pickup 5 is procecssed similarly by the setter 9a and a comparator 10a. The output difference between the pickups 4 and 5 is obtained by an adder 7 and processed similarly by a setter 9b and a comparator 10b.
