摘要：PURPOSE:To generate a warning accurately in proportion to a braking distance, by generating a warning in proportion to decelerated speed. CONSTITUTION:A detector 1 for detecting decelerated speed is constituted by sealing an inertial body 5 in an endless passage 4 filled with a drifting medium 3, and drifting movement of the drifting medium 3 caused by a shifting motion of the inertial body 5 due to the decelerated speed in emergency is detected by a flow speed detecting means 6 consisting of a rotary impeller 7a provided in a light permeable part 7. And at the time of braking operation in emergency, a brake switch 8 is turned on, then light of a pilot lamp 9 intermittently detected with a cds 10 by rotation of the impeller 7a is converted into an electric signal to cause a relay 11 to on-off operate similarly to the above intermittent operation, thus a monitor lamp 2a, provided in the inside of a car body, and a lamp 2b, provided in the outside of the car body, are on-off lighted at the faster flickering speed for the higher deceleratd speed.
