摘要:PURPOSE:To realize a miniature constitution for an intermediate frequency amplifying circuit at the transmitting circuit part of a heterodyne repeater, by constituting both the amplification and carrier inserting squelch oscillator and the amplitude component eliminating circuit with a unit of transistor. CONSTITUTION:The switching diode 20 conducts and the diode 16 does not conduct respectively in the normal working mode. The transistor 14 functions as an intermediate frequency injection synchronous amplifier under the control of the transformer 12 plus the variable capacitors 13-1 and 13-2. Then a certain level output emerges according to the oscillated electric power of the transistor 1 and with the same frequency as the intermediate frequency signal to secure a function as an amplitude component eliminating circuit as well. On the other hand, the diode 20 becomes nonconductive with the diode 16 conducting each by the squelch signal supplied from the terminal 18 during a fault of the cut-off of the input signal. Thus the circuit consisting of the transistor 14 functions as an intermediate frequency inserting oscillator.
