摘要：PURPOSE:To form the magnetic bubble memory plane with low cost and small size, by using foldable insulation material for the substrate. CONSTITUTION:On the isolation board 21 formed into T-shape with foldable insulating material, magnetic bubble memory chip 25 is provided, and external leads 22 are provided for chip 25. Next, the board 21 mounted with a chip 25 is inserted to the opening of the X coil 24 and the board 21 is folded toward the arrow 28 on the a-a' line. Further, the folded board 21 is inserted to the opening of the Y coil 23 so that it is made orthogonal to the X coil 24 and Y coil 23. Thus, the coil volume can be made minimum as required, allowing to form the magnetic bubble memory plane of small size and low cost.
