摘要：PURPOSE:To improve magnetic characteristics by dispersing and condensing the pulse laser light oscillated form a laser oscillator by means of a condensing lens group, and irradiating this onto a sheet steel via each optical fiber of an optical fiber bundle in a rolling direction at fixed intervals. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillator 1 oscillates pulse laser light 2 having irradiation energy, which is led to a condensing lens group 3 installed in alignment to the laser light flux. The respective laser beams condensed by the respective lenses are led to the respective optical fibers of the incident part 5 of an optical fiber bundle 4. After the laser beams transmit through the fibers, they reach the optical fiber bundle exit part 6 arrayed one by one in the direction parpendicular to the rolling direction (direction A) above the surface of a sheet steel 10. They are condensed by the exit part condensing lens and the condensed light is irradiated onto the surface of the sheet steel 10.
