摘要：PURPOSE:To make it possible to sample a few frames continuously as still pictures by addressing recorded pictures with accuracy and then by storing a memory with pictures of those addresses by sampling. CONSTITUTION:Composite video signal VC from a TV camera, etc., is separated into color components R, G and B through color decoder 1 before being output. The data are converted into digital values by A/D converters 2-4. Further, clock generator 5 receives signal VC and sends out respective synchronizing signals FS, VS and HS, and clock signal C to converters 2-4 and sampling controller 6. Controller 6, triggered by trigger signal Tr from main controller 7, outputs those synchronizing signals, corresponding to data to be sampled, to data controller 8. Under the control of controller 6, controller 8 buffers the outputs of converters 2-4 for the addressing of a picture memory, thereby storing memory 9 with them via high- speed channel 11.
