摘要：PURPOSE:To make possible the production of the mask of the thicknesses corresponding to the thicknesses of the respective parts of the object to be inspected by taking the object to be inspected and gradation meter on a radiation film, comparing the blackening degrees of both transmitted radiations and detecting the thicknesses of the respective parts of the object to be examined. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray film 20 is disposed in the video correcting mask 10 position and a gradation meter 21 in the visual field of the X-ray 12 which does not transmit the object 13 to be examined, respectively, after which the X-ray 12 is irradiated from an X-ray source 11. The X-ray 14 transmitted through the object 13 to be examined by the radiation of this X-ray 12 is imaged according to the transmission thicknesses of the respective parts like 20a in the central part of the film 20. The X-ray 12 having transmitted through the gradation meter 21 is also imaged like 21a at the bottom end part of the film 20. Next, the blackening degree of the respective parts of the transmitted image 21a and the blackening degrees of the respective parts of the transmitted image 20a are compared and the transmittances of the respective parts of the object 13 to be examined are obtained. Thereby, the mask corresponding to the transmission thickness and shape of each part in the installed position of the video correcting mask 10 of the object 13 to be examined is manufactured.
