摘要：<p>Skin treatment, cleaning, beautifying etc. has a substance which is partic. active at the surface temp. of the human body, i.e. 38 degrees C. The substance is applied to an area of skin and the coating is covered with a reflective surface of a conductive metal foil, esp. aluminium. The foil is held in posn. until treatment is complete, typically above 15 mins. Foil can be reinforced with an outer layer of plastics and an inner layer of absorbent material. A thermo-ionic mask offer greater efficiency. A positive electrode is held in the hand while a negative terminal clamp grips the metal foil the current is =5 mA.</p>
