摘要：<p>Continuous blocking of subscriber circuits by sticking bistable switches is prevented by provision of a subscriber circuit monitoring unit which recognises the subscriber circuit free or engaged state by interrogation of stores in connecting circuits. Bistable switches switch through the connecting circuits receiving the dialling signals. All subscriber circuits recognised by the monitoring device as "free" receive at short intervals signals which set the bistable switches in the subscriber circuits in a certain rest state.</p>
