摘要：<p>The vessel with surface friction reduction equipment has a hull and one or more masts, of channel section for most of their length. At the foot the masts include tubular sections into which air is driven either by the configuration of the sails or by means of a blower. This air flows into transverse pipes in the hull bottom which release it to flow aft. in a layer between hull and water. Coaming strips prevent escape sideways and flow forwards. Floats on outriggers from the masts prevent capsizing.</p>
