摘要：<p>To test the strength of the bonding between a bolt and the concrete of a wall in which the bolt is embedded, the outer end of the bolt (5) is provided with a V section circumferential groove (4). A U shaped tool (7) with claws (11) to match the groove (4) is then used to pull off the head (3). The load necessary to remove the head (3) tests the security of the embedding of the bolt (5) in the concrete wall. If the bolt has to resist a torsional load the head (3) is provided with spanner flats so that it can be twisted off with a spanner.</p>
