摘要:一种指纹识别单元电路,包括读取线、信号扫描端、第一电源端、第二电源端、第三电源端、第一信号端、第二信号端、探测电极、输出单元、阈值补偿单元以及重置单元。一种指纹识别单元电路的控制方法,应用于上述的指纹识别单元电路。一种指纹识别装置,包括玻璃基板以及上述的指纹识别单元电路。上述指纹识别单元电路、指纹识别单元电路的控制方法以及指纹识别装置,手指表面接触探测电极后产生感应电容,放大单元识别该感应电容并形成电流信号,传输单元将该电流信号传输至读取线,读取线连接外部的处理单元以处理该电流信号,实现了阈值补偿,从而实现了指纹识别的高准确度,同时有效地降低了成本。

主权项:一种指纹识别单元电路,其特征在于,包括:读取线、信号扫描端、第一电源端、第二电源端、第三电源端、第一信号端、第二信号端、探测电极、输出单元、阈值补偿单元以及重置单元;所述探测电极用于与手指表面接触并产生感应电容;所述输出单元分别与所述探测电极、所述信号扫描端、所述第一电源端以及所述读取线连接,用于识别所述感应电容且形成电流信号,并将所述电流信号传输至所述读取线;所述阈值补偿单元分别与所述第二电源端、所述第一信号端、所述探测电极以及所述输出单元连接,用于补偿所述输出单元的阈值电压;所述重置单元分别与所述第三电源端、所述第二信号端以及所述探测电极连接,用于重置所述探测电极。
