摘要：PURPOSE:To improve cargo-handling efficiency by providing a pallet body comprising a metal pallet and a wooden pallet which can be fitted and placed on the metal pallet, and transferring the pallet body between a factory and a transport truck by transferloading means. CONSTITUTION:A pallet body 1 comprises a metal pallet 3 having through portions 2 permitting receiving fingers 32 of a fork 30 to pass therethrough and a wooden pallet 4. A truck 5 includes a bed having plural stages of receiving means 6 for supporting the pallet body 1. In a factory 7, disposed are a pair of a loaded pallet station 8 and an empty pallet station 9 side by side and a truck loader 24 capable of freely running between outer end side portions of both stations 8, 9. The truck loader 24 comprises a multi-stage fork 30 disposed on an elevating table 29 capable of freely elevating on a machine body 25, and a wooden pallet 4 is placed on a metal pallet 3 on the fork 30 by the operation of a fork 14.
