摘要:本发明涉及一种单体经初步聚合而成的物质,具体涉及一种有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚物的合成方法及应用。它是使用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI100)先后与聚醚二元醇(分子量为4000,市售牌号为D4000)和烷羟基硅油(取羟基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷,市售牌号为BD-3253,分子量为3000)进行聚合反应,得到的一款有机硅改性的聚氨酯端-NCO基预聚物。它解决了现有技术中聚氨酯胶粘相对耐盐雾腐蚀性能差的问题,从而实现船用胶粘剂的技术要求。

主权项:一种有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚物的合成方法,包含以下步骤:第一步,将1倍摩尔牌号为BD‑3253、分子量为3000的烷羟基硅油放入三口烧瓶中,在120±5℃下真空脱水2~3h,然后降温充氮气放置备用;第二步,将8~10倍摩尔牌号为D4000、分子量为4000的聚醚二元醇放入三口烧瓶中,在120±5℃下真空脱水2~3h,然后降温至60℃以下,分次加入23.6~35.7倍摩尔牌号为MDI‑100的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,控制反应温度80±5℃,反应2h;第三步,第二步完成后降温至60℃以下,用滴液漏斗开始滴加事先除过水的烷羟基硅油,滴加速度为1‑2滴每秒,控制反应温度为80±5℃,直至滴加完成后,继续反应2h,反应完成后,得到胶粘剂用预聚物,预聚物中NCO含量为3‑4%。
