摘要:本发明涉及一种X射线细规格钢丝残余应力检测夹持装置,包括底座、活动支架和设置在活动支架上方的横梁,横梁上设置有钢丝夹持组件,活动支架能够相对底座绕竖轴偏转和沿横向平移,夹持组件包括设置在横梁两端的张紧夹头,张紧夹头配置有用于测试该张紧夹头作用于钢丝的张紧力的应力传感器,张紧夹头能够绕钢丝中心轴旋转。该钢丝夹持装置,与X射线残余应力测试仪相配合,能够有效地减小测试光斑区域内钢丝不同弧形处残余应力值的检测差异,提高钢丝微区残余应力的检测精度。

主权项:一种X射线细规格钢丝残余应力检测夹持装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、活动支架(2)和设置在所述活动支架(2)上方的横梁(3),所述横梁(3)上设置有钢丝夹持组件,所述活动支架(2)能够相对所述底座(1)绕竖轴偏转和沿横向平移,所述夹持组件包括设置在所述横梁(3)两端的张紧夹头(4),所述张紧夹头(4)配置有用于测试该张紧夹头作用于钢丝的张紧力的应力传感器(5),所述张紧夹头(4)能够绕钢丝(8)中心轴旋转。
