CONSTITUTION: A three-phase rectifier(10) comprises conduction devices. The conduction devices(S1,S3,S5) are respectively connected to input terminals of three input power sources. The conduction devices(S2,S4,S6) are respectively connected to output terminals of the three input power sources. A timing controller(30) applies an operation control signal to an SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) of the three-phase rectifier. An electromagnet coil part(20) receives AC voltage. The AC voltage is outputted through the SCR. The timing controller applies an operation signal to each conduction device in a single period.
