摘要:本发明公开了一种聚酰胺聚胺表氯醇树脂造纸湿强剂的生产方法,其方法是利用一种以聚酰胺聚胺表氯醇树脂为主要原料生产的造纸湿强剂,它的工作原理是:通过该湿强剂分子结构上的高密正电荷与纤维结构上的负电荷相互作用而留着在纤维表面,湿强剂分子上大量的活性反应基团与纤维上大量的羟基起化学反应,形成稳固的化学键结构,从而明显增加纸页的湿强度和干强度,提高成纸拉力。此外,在增加纸页湿强度的同时,本品还能起到助留、助滤的作用。生产该湿强剂使用的原料有:聚酰胺聚胺表氯醇树脂、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、亚硫酸氢钠、过硫酸钾、硬脂酸钙、碳酸钠。
