摘要：<p>A method for performing a call in consideration of user preference and a service provider policy in a VCC(Voice Call Continuity), a UE(User Equipment) and a VCC application server are provided to allow a UE to select a domain in consideration of the current communication situation of a network and perform an outgoing call through the selected domain. A receiving unit(103) receives domain select information for an outgoing call from a VCC application. A memory(102) stores the received domain select information. A selecting unit(113) selects the domain of an outgoing call by using preference information based on the domain select information and user preference. A transmitting unit(101) originates an outgoing call to the selected domain.</p>
