摘要：<p>A polycarbosilane functionalized substrate can comprise a substrate having a surface including surface oxide or surface hydroxyl groups, and a polycarbosilane layer covalently bonded thereto. The polycarbosilane layer can include a web of interconnected polycarbosilane groups wherein the carbon bonded silane portions of the polycarbosilane groups are alkylene moieties. Optionally, an additional polycarbosilane layer(s) can be applied to the polycarbosilane layer.</p>
