摘要:本实用新型公开了一种DIY式风扇发光装置,主要是以一整合盘整合一发电线组,并在整合盘上装设一PCB板与发电线组电性连结,且由该发电线组与框架上磁铁吸引配合后,整合盘底面设置双面胶直接贴黏在扇叶转帽上,可由框架上磁铁磁吸发电线组的拉力,略为将扇叶转帽上提,让扇叶转轴与轴承间形成悬浮,减小转轴旋转摩擦与噪音;且PCB板上整流滤波电路将发电线组送来的AC电力,整流为DC电源供给PCB板上的发光体,让发光体随扇叶转动过程,形成全彩弧光屏幕,而PCB板上侧投LED发光体搭配导光板,及PCB板上至少一个扣固槽的设置,可机动加装或变换不同颜色的IC控管多色LED发光体,使显示的全彩弧光屏幕,呈现多彩耀眼炫丽效果。

主权项:1.一种DIY式风扇发光装置,于一框架的中心部形成有一圆框,所述圆框内固设有一磁铁,并由磁铁内装设一发电线组;其特征是,所述发电线组固设在一整合盘的中心部组装柱上,且所述组装柱上组装有一与发电线组电性连结的PCB板;所述整合盘为一圆形盘体,盘面上形成有容装槽,且底部贴设有一双面胶片;所述PCB板相对于整合盘具有一圆板部,并于圆板部周缘至少延伸有一凸翼部,且凸翼部的一侧边至少形成有一扣固槽,而板面上的印刷电路为一与发电线组电性连结的整流滤波电路,所述凸翼部的扣固槽周缘面形成有与所述整流滤波电路的部分电子元件被收纳于整合盘的容装槽;至少一发光部由一夹扣板及一设在夹扣板上的发光体所构成,所述夹扣板上形成有一具两极导电性的C形夹口,所述C形夹口夹固在PCB板的凸翼部扣固槽上,所述发光体与整流滤波电路电性连结;所述框架结合在风扇外框上,所述整合盘底部的双面胶片贴合在扇叶转帽上部,所述扇叶转帽由框架圆框内磁铁磁吸发电线组而呈上提设置,所述扇叶转轴呈悬浮设置;所述固设在整合盘上的发电线组及PCB板,经由整合盘贴合在扇叶转帽上部随扇叶同步旋转,被带动的发电线组,即可利用磁铁的磁力线切割感应发电,并通过PCB板上整流滤波电路,将AC电力整流成DC电源来驱动发光部的发光体,所述PCB板凸翼部上的发光部,在随扇叶转动的过程中,形成全彩弧光屏幕;所述PCB板上发光部的夹扣板可退换地夹固在凸翼部的扣固槽上。
