摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaly composite particle having oiliness and a soft and smooth touch in combination. SOLUTION: The scaly composite particle is obtained by sticking inorganic oxide fine particles having the average particle diameter within the range of 0.1-3.0μm in the form of a single layer on the surface of scaly inorganic particles coated with a resin. A natural mineral such as mica, talc or sericite, synthetic mica, synthetic sericite, platy titanium oxide, etc., are cited as the scaly inorganic particles. A resin having rubber-like elasticity such as a polyurethane, a styrene-butadiene copolymer, an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, a silicone rubber, natural rubber or a nylon elastomer can be cited as the resin.
