摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and simultaneously mold a plurality of three-dimensional molded products having no irregularity in the orientation of fibers at the time of molding by preliminarily applying slit processing to a continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional molded products are molded on the respective molding surfaces of the continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet 1 by performing a process for forming a slit 5 or slot to the space between the adjacent molding surfaces of the thermoplastic resin sheet, a process for positioning the slit or slot of the thermoplastic resin sheet between the adjacent molding surface regions of a pressure molding machine to arrange the same using the pressure molding machine equipped with first and second molds 16 and 17, a process for heating the thermoplastic resin sheet and a process for pressing and molding the respective molding surfaces of the thermoplastic resin sheet at the molding regions and using the deformation caused on the slit or slot.
