摘要:PURPOSE: A power conversion system for sterilization equipment is provided to more stably and safely give an AC high voltage to the sterilization equipment, without applying high power. CONSTITUTION: The power conversion system for sterilization equipment includes a diode bridge(6) consisting of a number of diodes(D1-D6) for converting a AC voltage where an input 3-phase 380V AC power input terminal is coupled into a DC voltage; a DC converter(7) functioning as a partial vacuum circuit, the DC converter(7) including semiconductor devices(Z1,Z2), an induct(L), diodes(D7-D9), and a condenser(C1), and being coupled to an output terminal of the diode bridge(6); a condenser(C2) for converting DC voltage of the DC converter(7) to a constant voltage; and a single-phase inverter(8) including four semiconductor devices(Z3-Z6) and diodes(D10-D13) for converting the DC constant voltage to a AC voltage.
