摘要:一种自行车盘闸,它包括刹挚驱动装置和刹挚钳体,在刹挚钳体中安装有左、右摩擦片组件,两摩擦片组件之间装有自行车刹车盘,刹挚驱动装置驱动轴的一端与右摩擦片组件相连,驱动轴的另一端伸出壳体,并在其端部安装有摇臂,摇臂与壳体之间装有回位弹簧,壳体内装有一个套在驱动轴上的、与壳体固定安装的定盘,在定盘与摩擦片之间的驱动轴上设有两个垂直于驱动轴的驱动销,驱动销对称设置在驱动轴的两侧,所述定盘与驱动销接触的盘面制有两个轴对称的螺旋滑面。通过驱动销与定盘的螺旋滑面之间的滑动,使驱动轴推动摩擦片组件,实现制动。其结构紧凑,制动灵活,大大降低了成本。

主权项:1.一种自行车盘闸,它包括刹挚驱动装置和刹挚钳体(5),刹挚钳体(5)的一条钳臂与刹挚驱动装置的壳体(3)固定连接,在刹挚钳体(5)中安装有左、右摩擦片组件(10、12),两片摩擦片组件之间设有一个V形板簧(11),所述的刹挚驱动装置壳体(3)内设有与摩擦片垂直的驱动轴(7),驱动轴(7)的一端与右磨擦片组件相连,驱动轴(7)的另一端伸出壳体(3),并在其端部安装有摇臂(1),摇臂(1)与壳体(3)之间装有回位弹簧(2),壳体(3)内装有一个套在驱动轴(7)上的、与壳体(3)固定安装的定盘(9),刹挚驱动装置壳体(3)的外部装有安装支架(4),其特征在于:在定盘(9)与摩擦片之间的驱动轴(7)上设有两个垂直于驱动轴(7)的驱动销(8),驱动销(8)对称设置在驱动轴(7)的两侧,所述定盘(9)与驱动销(8)接触的盘面制有两个轴对称的螺旋滑面(13)。
