摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wheel load-measuring device of a rolling stock by detachably fitting the device regardless of the form of a railroad ballast part. SOLUTION: The wheel load-measuring device is provided with a pair of left/right load cell units 21 where a load cell member is set to an interior decoration so that it can receive pressure from an upper side, and a set of back and forth flexible retention rod means 19 and 20 for supporting each load cell unit 21. Each load cell unit 21 is fitted to left and right opposing side web surfaces 18e of already installed parallel rails being installed on such fixed-type rail ballast as concrete ballast while the load cell unit 21 adheres to and is in contact with the web surface 18e, the inner flange part of the left and right wheels of the rolling stock running at a relatively low speed is received on each load cell unit 21, each of the left/right wheels is passed while it is being floated temporarily from each parallel rail surface 18c, and wheel weight being applied to each of the left/right wheels is measured by each load cell successively and continuously.
