摘要:一种制造陶瓷金属卤化物(CMH)放电灯的方法,该放电灯在蓝宝石(单晶氧化铝)弧光管与多晶氧化铝端盖之间有整体密封。该方法包括配置完全致密的蓝宝石弧光管和配置由未烧结的加压多晶氧化铝粉末制成的端盖的步骤。加热端盖直至该端盖被预烧结,以除去有机粘合剂材料。将预烧结的端盖放在弧光管的端部上,在它们之间形成界面。然后加热组装的预烧结的端盖和弧光管至烧结温度,其中端盖被完全烧结在弧光管上,并且蓝宝石灯管生长进入端盖。在端盖和弧光管之间的原来的界面上形成整体密封。
